The year was 1978. With one truck, and one employee and a heart and will as sound as the concrete he laid, our founder Arlindo Ribeiro poured the first yard of concrete, laid the first brick, and set the first stone. Focused and dedicated, he set us on the path that guides us still today. Defined by the standards of hard work and excellent workmanship that two ad a half decades later, all of us at Portugal Construction and A.D. Max Construction pride ourselves on.

Through the years we have grown, we now have a hundred plus workforce, and our portfolio is as diverse as our capabilities. We work for multiple entities, ranging from homeowners to all major metropolitan management companies and developers, along with light and heavy commercial projects. We work for government, including the Armed Forces Bases and Airport authorities.
